The Service uses AI to generate debate content, arguments, and quoted evidence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misattributed. Quotes and sources presented by the AI should be independently verified before being relied upon for actual competition, academic work, or any purpose requiring factual accuracy. We do not guarantee the correctness of any AI output.

The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing, or to attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or payment requirements.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONGRESSIONAL DEBATE SIMULATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS.
The Service may retrieve and reference excerpts from third-party news, government, and research sources for educational and research purposes. Uploaded bill text remains the property of its original source. AI-generated speech drafts are provided for your personal practice use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Service.
