• Account information: email address, hashed password (we never store your password in plain text)
• Billing information: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details ourselves
• Uploaded content: PDF bill text you upload for debate practice, and audio recordings of your speeches, processed to generate feedback
• Usage data: debate session history while your session is active

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: operate your account and subscription, process payments via Stripe, generate AI debate content and transcriptions via OpenAI and Google Gemini, and improve the Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following processors as needed to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing (see Stripe's own privacy policy)
• OpenAI — speech generation, transcription, and text-to-speech
• Google (Gemini) — research/evidence retrieval

Audio and text you submit may be processed by these providers under their respective privacy and data-use terms.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded PDFs and audio files are deleted from our servers shortly after processing. Account information is retained until you delete your account.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at grisham_g@outlook.com. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
